1. Who runs RepWoven

RepWoven is run by Younes Essaadani, as an individual, in Morocco. Contact: [email protected].

2. What RepWoven is

RepWoven is a workspace for fitness coaches and an app for the clients they coach. Coaches invite clients with an invite code.

3. Information we handle

• Coach account: name, email address and password.
• Coaching content: information that coaches and clients enter in the app, such as client details, training plans, meals, check-ins and messages.
• Optional profile photo: users may upload one.
• Emails: we send emails related to your account, for example sign-in or password emails, and messages related to using RepWoven.

4. How it is used

To run the coaching workspace and client app, let coaches and clients see their own information, and send account emails.

5. Who can see it in the app

A coach can see the information of the clients they coach. A client can see their own information.

6. Services we use

RepWoven uses these services to run the product:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage. Our project is hosted in Ireland.
• Railway: runs our API and background workers, and monitors API errors.
• Vercel: hosts the website and web app. Its logs are used to monitor web errors.
• Resend: sends emails. Supabase also sends sign-in emails.
• Stripe: subscription payments, if and when billing is offered.

7. Who can use RepWoven

RepWoven is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
